Review methodology
Our testing team runs the same sequence on every featured product. First, order logging: retailer, price, SKU, order date, arrival condition and packaging photos. Second, unboxing: contents weighed on a calibrated scale and compared with the listing. Third, material checks: label and composition review, fiber or coating inspection under the microscope where relevant, seam and hardware inspection, and moisture or heat testing when a claim requires it.
Fourth, use testing: at least five days of ordinary use by two editors, with fit checks for wearables, load checks for bags and mounts, and wash or cleaning cycles for home goods. Fifth, claim scoring: each specific claim from the source video is marked confirmed, overstated or unsupported, and the overall score follows the five-point scale where 5 is excellent and 1 is very poor.
We record timings for anything that promises speed, and we build a small comparison table against one close alternative before scoring. Hands-on scores run from 4.0 to 5.0.
